She’s very self centred, maybe it’s because she got given everything in life and also her family don’t say anything to her even if she’s wrong.

She definitely isn't a nice person. akshu is her own sister yet she looks down because she thinks akshu is some brainless girl just because she didn't become a doctor like her. On the interview day when akshu wished her she told it's her who needs it as she isn't that good. Who tells that to their sister like that.

The episodes starts with Akshara and manjiri hugging, Ruby makes an entry, she sounds more like a joker than a lover but nevertheless she’s obsessed with Abhimanyu but he doesn’t like it at all and asks her to leave, scene change and Akshara and Manjiri and Neil are preparing for the birthday when Harsh comes, Akshara hides. Later on Akshara wishes Abhia a happy birthday, he senses something after she goes. Arohi calls Abhi to talk about her starting the intern, he speaks sternly and says see you tomorrow. She cuts the call and plans her wedding which isn’t going to happen in her head. The next day everyone wishes Abhimanyu a happy birthday. Later abhimanyu gets a gift of a heart which he had given akshara but finds out it’s from ruby. Abhimanyu comes to the hospital and is welcomed with happy birthdays
