Now that shiva is saying sorry, I hope raavi also knows the truth about why shiva hit her friends and reflect on her actions and words as well and apologise to him.

That will clear the biggest misunderstanding between them and they can finally move forward.

I think it will come around with time as Raavi start understanding him and his anger issues eventually she will know also they have to bring Shiva's sacrifice(Raavi's apology for calling him with names and than being his courage). God they really have so much in store for Shivi it's just the way they bring it, this can be one of the most beautiful story of ITV.
