Yes, I have noticed this several times. Pratik does have a soft spot for Shamita. The latest example being when Nishant and Pratik were talking, Pratik said but it's not Shamita's fault she will obviously choose her brother Rajeev (this is the incident when Shamita asks Pratik to save neha over simba , if possible)

I have noticed this many times. Pratik defends Shamita a lot. I don't think he loves or lusts her, but it's a deep emotional attachment bond.

He doesn't respect her period. We've seen that in the first week of OTT when he was willing to go mess with the Junglewaasis' bathroom and sacrifice her things / suitcases willingly!😆 Any kind of *fleeting* attachment he has is basis what she could do for him in his life. Lol

He has been trying shamitha from OTT days but shamitha ko dhodegi isko bina saabun ke. Shamitha was also encouraging a bit as she wanted to make bapat jealous and tit for tat fo bapat friendship with Divya.

Btw the same pratik wanted KJO to teach him singing.

The same prathik who was exposing the butt to Neha , when KJo asked what does he think about his butt expose , prathik said he can never be out of work and he can survive. God only knows what he means.
