As I was re-watching this reel that I posted on the Arunita AT, I started thinking about the videography. This technique of moving around the subject, approaching closer and going away, changing the angle from upward to downward - these are things we have seen very often in the reels shot by Octopus in their studio. Since nobody from Octopus was there in London, the possible conclusion is that Pawandeep has been spending time observing how these reels are shot and practicing it by himself. It probably isn't Danish or Sayli because we have seen their vlogs and such technique hasn't been used there. Moreover they appear to be standing in the distance to Arunita's right and having a converstaion.
It is not easy to continuously keep the subject in the right place when the videographer is moving around so much - which means he must have put in some amount of effort to learn this.
As I thought more about this, I felt that more credence is lent to this theory by the fact that we know PD is a fan of Arijit Singh who is now also into film direction. Plus, if older videos of PD's self-released songs are to be taken seriously, he already has interest in photography. It is possible that he really does put effort into modeling himself after Arijit Singh more than we realize.
Overall, it seems that Pawandeep's willingness and ability to keep learning new things - and that too quickly - is demonstrated once again here.
