I have finally stopped watching for the time being. It is tough when you become so involved in fictional characters I am doing a much needed detoxing but your updates with all the anecdotes and commentaries are the best way to keep up. I can enjoy the sheer stupidity of the Creatives with a sense of macabre humour that your posts bring out in this otherwise torturous journey of Kajol and now not Kajol ( because Kajol got lost long way back) and now Anjol seems to be heading in the same direction.

I will resume once Anjol misunderstanding is cleared and Priyanka's truth is out in the open for both Anurag and Kajol.

The other thing that I want is the Arjun Naina wedding. You can stretch a rubber band only so much. High time the Creatives resolve that. May tune in for that drama.

Even Anurag's angsty monologues and dreams are heartbreaking for me as The Buffoonish Hag Naani and the Psycho Stalker lady Priyanka make me feel hopeless.

They have already ruined Kajol after Bishu's demise. If they do the same with AnJol what will be left of this show ???

I dont think the makers are sooo damn blind that they cannot see tht at this point of time AnJol are the USP of this show. Once tht is ruined , the show is gone too.

Do they think ppl are interested in Mukherjee circus ??? Or Priyanka and buffoon bullshit ??? Or Chatterjee crap ??

Do they really think tht audience will sit through these shitty tracks 5 days in a week , now 4 days ( luckily with all this bullshit ) for 20 minutes each episode ??

I dont think they are sooo stupid and neither is the Channel.

The competition is very tough and we have YRKKH with Harshad in the lead on SP and I think KB on Zee which is going for a revamp. Both shows have TRPs of 2 and above plus loyal viewers.

Instead of wasting time with this nonsense, viewers will prefer better shows with known faces.....

The makers of TSBTSP want to add drama into this show thinking it might help in the numbers. What they fail to see is tht the drama in this show is most of the times out of place and unneccesary....

And one way or the other they will have to go for an Anurag / Kajol wedding, otherwise this show is doomed. And an Anurag / Ptiyanka alliance wont work either....

So I will wait for these MU's to get cleared and then we'll see. If I am still interested in this show by tht time, I'll watch again and if I find something better....so be it.

Becoz now even AnJol cannot hold my attention anymore with Anurag being such a dumbass 😡

When Colors axes shows- do they cut off many shows at once, or do they only take the lowest in TRPs and axe those?

In the TRP lists for the last two three weeks TSBTSP was low but I noticed there were at least 2-3 shows doing worse

I think colors needs lessons from SP because those guys are a little more willing to at least grow a little and not actively get regressive

I mean I’m constantly hearing SP trying to bring shows with some semblance of progress like Anupama, Dahleez, Diya aur baati etc (even if a lot it is an eyewash and not actual progress but still better considering it’s ITV)
And for colors I see them in the news for stuff like child marriage wala shows what’s happening even

I could be wrong since I don’t have much ITV experience but just saying what I’ve picked up from here and there

There was a time when they decided to revamp the Channel, they decided to axe several shows at one time. I know becoz at tht time I was watching Swabhimaan and tht show was doing quite well. With TRPs of 1.9, 1.7

Still they axed tht show too, even though the show was just a few months old. And the makers had to wrap up the show within 10-14 days if I remember correctly. The makers werent even given proper time for a good closure. After tht I stopped watching Colors.

So this is why I am fearing for this one too. This show has a little bit better ratings thn others on the Channel, but for the Channel its important tht prime time shows compete well with rival Channels. And from all the 3 biggies, TSBTSP is doing worse of all 3 in tht timeslot.

Also the pace of storytelling and tracks to be in sync are way too slow.

One example is Arjun Noyna wedding....how long are they planning to postpone it further.....

Instead we get only crap thrown at our faces.

I agree about colors pulling the show off if it’s not good enough but this show has potential they only have to work little harder and the result will be good.

Agree creatives are a bit slow in moving on with the track...They better speed up and stop stretching all these misunderstanding between anjol..

Next kajol journey as wife,daughter in law and daughter..

Side plot I will like they come forward with anurag pishima backstory..Of course to move on with the track/plot new characters will surely enter the show to bring twist and turns..

They can't rely only on the chatterjee's to move on with the story..

There is a wedding vibe with the decorations in the Mukherjee house as per seen on ishita insta..

I have also seen some decorations in the Mukherjee house and I feel its either preparations for Arjun / Noyna wedding or Diwali celebrations.

Durga Pujo has just finished in this show , so Diwali is yet to come still.

So its either one of the 2

Coming to the track :

Yes they are way too slow. Instead of solving the misunderstandings and move on with the AnJol story, they keep piling the MU's up.....I dont know for what reason actually.

Hopefully they wont give a sloppy ending to the tracks that are piling up and piling up instead of proper conclusion

And plssss for heavens sakes : can they make Anurag not so dumb....for someone who is practical and fierce, his actions sometimes just baffle me

This is ITV and that's why I watch only 2 shows because as a viewer we use our logic but sadly creatives does the opposite....TSBTP did strike a chord for me as a viewer after watching a promo of kajol breaking her marriage with arjun..

Now trust creatives they have reduce her character to a punching bag and everyone comes insult her left,right,center..I have seen kajol only crying and crying..

Anurag kind of still the same but now he is experiencing a different feelings and this guy has a big problem..Anurag does not know how to express his heart emotions and I don't know what will truly be the moment for him to say the love you to kajol.

In fact Anurag is someone who is like this quote..Action speaks louder than words..kajol is not heartless but I'm quite amazed how she can't see the love ..

Anyways seems creatives waiting for Christmas to get what viewers expecting with the show..

BTW anurag/kajol promoting the new show and now anurag doing same for choti sardani..

I also don't think it's diwali preparation but it's a wedding for sure going on in the Mukherjee household..As a viewer I want noyna to marry as fast as possible to move on with the new track .. I also want kajol to marry first and let her Baba's dream comes true as he always wanted his daughter to have the perfect life partner.

Bold: I like Anurag when he is around the Mukherjee Chatterjees, with his dad and aunt, and with Kajol

But whenever there are scenes involving him with Buffon and stalker he becomes a pain- like the underlying thought being, where is your individuality when these two enter the frame

Couple that with HIS buffoonish actions today and yuck happy to settle for WUs for the moment

Italics: these guys have ALWAYS been slow- remember how the Arjun Kajol wedding took AGES, and we had to wait so long before that extremely satisfying slap and breaking the engagement up?
