I can think of two reasons for those sleeves..

a. I think its in fashion.. I saw so many shows have those for FL outfits…

b. they are on purpose trying to keep her sartorial choices hideous so that her makeover will be more impactful.. and its ITV… makeovers are the trend so hoga hi…
