Is Ek Din a magic realism romance?
Why do the directors bash their actors of previous films to elevate the current film's actor? Madhvani meant Sonam when he said his previous actor took 30 takes whereas Kartik is a one take actor
May be that's why some actors disown some of their previous films.

Happy Farm laws taken back!! 🥳 Win for not just farmers but for all common people!!
Did you really think they were against farmers’ good? And if so, why?
Genuinely asking as I don’t have much knowledge in that area even though I come from Farmers family. Didn’t really see or hear anyone unhappy in Gujarat. So asking for information.
So I read about an app called Cuddles. You pay and hire someone to come and cuddle you to sleep. 😳
Imagine being so lonely. Yup. That’s where we are headed. We have entire world on our fingertips and yet no one to talk to. Modern “isolated” culture comes with hell lotta mental health issues.

What makes you think there were no lonely people before the advent of the technology? May be now with the help of technology we are normalizing it and trying to find solutions?

I read about this a long time ago. It's popular in Japan.

Part of the laws were beneficial but I'm totally against the corporate farming one or to use exact word contract farming. In the small period it might have been beneficial for farmers but if you look at countries where it was introduced it has been a failure not just for small farmers but for common people of that country. Failure in the sense Farmers profit margin dried up and Food becoming expensive for common people.
Good side of CF: Farmers get new technologies, direct access to market etc etc. the plus points which will look good on paper.
Bad side of CF: The real impact.. Corporates starts dictating. Farmers today have liberty to what they want to grow but CF will take that power from them.
For common Indian: Indian today is self sufficient I think 70% of food consumption is produce within India. However implications of CF is that it will lead to India importing food.
Why was CF is being introduced: India got loans in 1991 from WB IMF on a condition these farm laws will be introduced. Congress has been toying away from introducing them for years.. What Congress won't tell it was in their last manifesto in 2019 as well. BJP had to take a hard pill and is now suffering.
