Sangita was the name given to a fictional character who was supposed to be Dr Pulkit's wife (you can see a few episodes before Devi tai and Pulkit's wedding). This person doesnt exist in the serial.

The name was used by Virat to ask Pulkit whether something was wrong. Some sort of a code.
