I also feel that Meet H is stuck in that moment where she almost seen him getting choked to death as you said it will leave kind hearted person traumatised and also she feels guilty as Babita told her to take her bacha back fit and fine and how she is shown to take her responsibilties seriously she thinks that she is responsible for his condition even those gundas said to her ki tumhari vajah se yeh halat hui hai iski,so she had nothing else in her mind except nursing him back to well being.

But Meet A,the way he was staring at her continously,its like that whenever she comes in front of him nothing else exist,his gaze is not thankful gaze,its much more than that.
