Raavi had felt her heart split open into two and agony ripple from the crevices that he had created, but maybe she was destined to feel this way, she thought. Something that would make you jump from that relentless feeling of being absolutely alone in this universe and be satisfied for once. But the only thing she could sense the occurrence of was the slow festering of her own possibilities and hope.

Shiva has never been the one to voice his thoughts to anyone, he had always let his wounds fester and gnaw at his flesh. Imagine being caged in your own damnation and not being able to breath by your own will, that is how he felt now. He wouldn't be able to talk to her after today and the awareness left a sour taste on his tongue, being enclosed is what would drive him to stew in his own created hellfire.
And for once he knew. He knew how he'd stew in his own sour air for the remainder of his existence, basking in the guilt of ruining everything he breathed for and which he had tried to evade.
How incredibly facile it would have been for him to just utter once?
To just stop the day to day mockery and reveal to her, that what love he held for her.
