Maan goes to Shimla for the weekend as usual…
Geet is restricted from calling him during his visit…
But neither does Maan call her, she knows he has been away from his daughter for more than a week just because he could spend some time with Geet, but still after accepting her as his wife, she needs to be kept informed about their daughter too, haina?
Does he still have doubts about her love for Mansi?
Geet doesn’t talk about Mansi with Maan for he wants to keep that part of his life to himself, he is not ready to share his responsibilities of a parent with Geet yet.. she respects his rights over his daughter and is ready to wait until Mansi is here, then Geet need not wait for Maan’s permission to own Mansi…
Its Sunday evening…
Maan should be back anytime now… he should have called as soon as he has left Shimla..
But there is no word from him, Geet is worried.. maybe he is coming with Mansi and wants to surprise Geet…
Geet is hopeful that everything will be settled without any more problems…
Geet keeps waiting for Maan for a long time before she falls asleep in the mansion itself…
Next morning Geet wakes up to find herself sleeping on the couch, and rushes up to find Maan.. why didn’t he wake her up?
Geet hurries only to find out that Maan has not yet returned…
Now Geet gets really worried… something must be wrong definitely.. or else Maan wouldn’t stay back…
Geet calls Adi to find out is Maan has sent him any message..
Geet: Adi sir
Adi: good morning Geet
Geet: morning, Maan ne aapko koi message kiya kya?
Adi: nahi toh
Just then Pinky comes…
Adi: It’s Geet
Pinky snatches the mobile from Adi…
Pinky: Geet, tu kab aarahi hai?
Geet: woh, mein Hoshiarpur chali gayi thi, jaldhi aathi hoon
Pinky: aaj aajaana, bahut masto kar sakte hai, DD bhi chuti mein hai
Geet: kya? Tumne kaise patha?
Pinky: Maan sir ne mail liya haina, office mail ko, he has asked to postpone his meeting for a couple of days
Geet: Adi sir ne bathaya nahi
Pinky: mein abhi abhi Adi ko bathand aayi thi, aur tumse baat karke bhool gayi
Adi: Pinky, what are you saying?
Pinky: office mails check karo Adi
Geet: ok, bye Pinky
Geet bahut pareshan hai…
She goes to give the news to Dadima…
Dadi has just spoken to Maan…
Geet: good morning Dadi
Dadi: very good morning Geet
Geet: dadi Maan ko aane mein thoda dher hogi
Dadi smiles…
Dadi: Maan ne humse pehle aapko call kiya haina? It’s ok, kam se kam iss budde dadi ki yaad toh aathi, he just called me Geet
Geet: oh, that’s good dadi
Dadi: kya baat hai bete? Maan bhi bahut pareshan lage aur ab aap bhi pareshan hai
Geet: aaisa kuch nahi Dadima, 10 din unke saath rehke unke bahut yaad aathi hai
Dadi: I know, but this Maan won’t understand all this, I think he too misses you
Dadi tries to cheer Geet …
Geet: hmm
Dadi: chalo aaj hum aapke saath breakfast karte hai
Dadi tries to get on the wheelchair..
Geet helps her and takes her to the dinning room…
Dadi: Geet, hum ab bahut dinon ke baad Maan ko kush dekh rahe hai, hum chahte hai ki ye kushi barkaraar rahe, ye aap ke haath mein hai beta
Geet: mein bhi yahi chahti hoon Dadima
Dadi: Maan bahar se kitna tough hai andar se utna hi soft hai, woh andar hi andar bahut toot gaye hai, issiliye kabhi kabhi unka mood off hota hai, aap ko aaise waqt pe thoda bhura lagega par aap hamesha yaad rakhna ki aapse se zyada Maan ko aap ke saath ki sakt zaroorat hai, Mansi ko toh aap bahut achche se sambal lenge, par Maan ko sambalna bhi zaroori hai beta
Geet: ji Dadima
Dadi: ab toh hummari bitiya ko aap logon ko ghar lekhe aana chahiye na?
Geet understands that Maan has not told anything about Tara and her conditions to Dadi ..
Geet: Maan iss bar zaroor Mansi ko lekhe hi aayenge
Dadi: aaise hota toh samjho ki Maan ka sara gham dhoor ho gaya, bechare kitne din tak apni beti se dhoor rahenge
Geet: aap teek kehte hai Dadima, Mansi yahan hoti toh Maan dhere dhere sab ko bhool jayenge aur Maan ki kushiyan apne aap wapas aa jayega
Dadi: hum toh roz yahi dua karte hai beta, patha nahi babaji kab hummare dua ko qubool karenge
Geet: aap fikar mat karo dadi, sab jaldhi teek ho jayega
Geet waits for some message from Maan.. but Maan has not sent any message even to KC…
Geet fears that something should be wrong…
Geet can’t sleep properly… she knows that Maan should also be going through the same… Geet is very dejected that Maan has not been able to share his problem with her yet.. that’s understandable, it’s ok if he wants to keep out of this, she has no role in this one, she has no idea about whatever happened after Sameera left… this Tara is still a mystery for Geet… Geet’s problem is that Maan is not sharing his feelings with her, he should know that she is here just for him… what’s the use of this relationship if she is of no help at such times…
Geet keeps worrying about Maan too much… she kind of takes the blame on herself for meeting Tara and making the situation worse for Maan…
This should not have happened at all, Maan might be able to forgive her for that, but Geet is still feeling guilty for that….
Geet won’t forgive herself until she unites Mansi with her father…
Maan comes back on Wednesday…
He is very quiet and doesn’t talk much except for a few formal words with her…
Geet is scared to ask him anything but she needs to know what’s wrong…
Maan is getting ready to go to KC..
Geet: Maan
Maan: haan Geet
Geet: sab teek haina?
Maan: haan
Geet: Mansi?
Maan: she is fine
Geet: mein bahut gabragayi thi, aap Monday aane wale the na
Maan: toh kya Geet? Mein do din aur meri beti ke saath rukh nahi sakta?
Maan kabhi aaise baat nahi karta, zaroor koi problem hai..
Geet just stops from talking further…
Maan knows that he has hurt her..
Maan: Geet, mein thoda jaldi mein hoon, hum shamko baat karenge
Maan leaves…
