Pp's intentions were always malicious and Sai' s have always been righteous.

Virat is not angry with Sai. For him if Sai is happy without him then he is ready to stay away from her because all it matters is Sai's safety. And in this story Virat was always against Pakhi. He always showed her her place be it when they were alone or in front of the family. He just didn't know she was capable of harming people.
