Alakh...I am just wondering that if SIT finds lapses in the process...and also if it turns out to be an extortion case...wouldn't this turn into a kidnapping case and Aryan will become a victim.....shouldn't the drug case on Aryan be just thrown off....I don't know the legal aspects on this....but logically this is what should happen...

The extortion case is being investigated by Mumbai SIT.. and this news is regarding NCB SIT..

Aryan was summoned by Ncb today but didn’t show up citing health reason, Arbaaz went ..

Aryan will go tomorrow to NCB office if need sources are to be believed.. & Pooja may go to Mumbai police regarding extortion case, they may call other celebs too.

It doesn't matter if SRK/Pooja gave 50lakhs.....If Aryan was kidnapped for extortion....Aryan/SRK are the victims and SRK was trying to save his son....who knows what they told SRK...u cannot hold a father responsible if all he was trying to was save his son from these kidnappers.....the courts look into these matters with the perspective of what a normal person would have done?? A normal person would have done 2 things....try to pay the ransom money to save their kid or to go to the police for help.....since NCB is a Govt agency....going to police might not have made sense to SRK.....so the next option was to pay the money......SRK's child was in grave danger...and he did what a father would have done under such stress.....no court s going to hold him responsible.....

Exactly....who knows that that selfie was the reason Pooja came running with 50 lakhs.....that selfie doesn't show that Aryan was in NCB's office...it just showed a distraught looking Aryan with a criminal looking man...maybe he took the selfie and sent it to pooja to extort money....🤢
