I keep seeing news about some proposals on Federal holidays on Diwali and Eid but nothing seems materialized yet.

oh i see..okay combining the day-off with the weekend is also great because you don't have to go back to work after having so much fun on friday

I have never heard the storyline of Pandya store but seems like the show is getting a lot of popularity. Is it a love story or family drama?

yeah SP interferes even in originals shows fir yeh toh remakes.

yeah they are such a drag. i stopped watching after the first few weeks/months and don't even follow the story on social media now. SAAKK leads had so many marriages and divorces and apki leads also had re-birth because thye had nothing else to show. idk how these shows sustain for so long with such crappy storylines

@pandya store: it's both lol. story of 4 brothers and the wives. eldest brother and wife were the leads originally but trp wasn't working so the third brohter and his wife are now parallel lead and the trp sky-rocketed. the makers are doing a great job balancing stories of all 4 brothers and showcasing their family bonds. it doesn't drag most tracks and none the villains are intolerable. i have been watching it daily for months now lol

@badima: that's so true. actors can make or break characters just like how rupal patel was perfect for meenakshi rajvansh

yeah everyone (especially the biscuit boys) is violent and jungli this year and TRP is hitting rock bottom

shockingly i'm not rooting for anyone this year because they keep flip-flopping and aren't taking any specific stands or sides on any issue. and i don't hate anyone either

so here comes part 2 of my BB update

i was loving karan in first two weeks but now all he does is sucking up to everyone and crying in a corner (but ek aasu bhi nahi dikhte 😆). basically he has turned into a doormat this season

teja is annoying often because her and karan are trying to start a fake romantic relationship in the show and it's so cringe tbh

shamita is too full of herself and thinks she's the best. salman jokingly (but rightfully) called her queen of buckingham palace and she threw such a fit at him that even he got scared. but she's also reasonable in certain parts so i dont hate her fully (yet)

umar is good but he's too scared of speaking up against shamita when she verbally abused him left and right. shammo really hates umar but umar ka shammo ke dar se muh hi nahi khulta. even karan is always taking to shammo softly and never speaks up against her when she's clearly wrong

the only person who spoke up against shammo was afsana but she crossed the line during their argument (so did shammo). then afsana got bashed so hard by salman that she totally went into her shell and doesn't fight with anyone (shammo wasn't told anything despite being equally at fault)

pratik is often annoying because he ruined almost all tasks and doesn't get along with almost anyone in the show but he's also nice at times

simba probably won't survive too long after making the islamophobic statements (still not sure if those are true)

i guess based on this analysis, afsana is the one that i like the most (not because she's the best ever but because she's the best amongst the thakela or week personalities this year). never ever had i imagined that my fav contestant (or least disliked) will be afsana! the bar is too low this year lol

Rupal ji is really a very good actor. a bit loud at times but the roles she had to play suited that

@pandya store: yeah that's the hindi version's story. the bengali version didn't last very long (less than 6 months i think) and i never watched it so don't know much about it. Shivi are the parallel lead: shiva and raavi. Shiva is played by Kanwar Dhillon who isn't a newcomer but i think Alice (Raavi) is a newcomer. They seem to be dating irl too (lucky shippers lol).

biscuit boys are the boys with 6/8 pack abs this year 🤣 vishal or someone else named them this in the first week. Now every guest refers to them as biscuit boys and they are ishaan, pratik, umar and vishal himself 😆

Shamita shut SK up so now no one dares to even speak up against her. but today teja had an argument with her

Today's epi was so much fun omg. Umar has become very active and is giving back to everyone (including simba). Simba has calmed down after the physical fight with umar. Shammo and teja had an argument as i mentioned already but shamita was right in this case. Teja's points were illogical but oh well at least someone spoke up against the queen

@good words: hahahah thank you thank you 😆 BB IF posts are inspiring me. they have names for everyone. For an example, Shammo's nicknames are sakku bai (as an irony because she complained to salman that she does the most work in the BB house) and queen of buckingham palace (given by Salman 🤣)
