They're professionals and they itself told they have no choice now working and staying together for long time so they need to done with fights or misunderstandings on EOD so they can be peace otherwise daily routine will get doubted. Right now they have more understanding and they're enjoying, comfortable with each other company but doesn't meant they have confessed. They have fondness, admiration, respect and friendship is there for sure but romantic feelings? It will take time for both of them to get the answers once they done with the show..

Best friends ki definition sabki alag hoti hai I guess... par you know, woh care , woh adoration , knowing the person in and out , the level of understanding without even saying a thing to the other... The unmatchable comfort you get with that person... kabhie kabhie you start feeling that unsey better no one will understand you and aisa hota bhi hai... ( I don't know if I am even making sense)

Woh jo ek bond hota hai naa kabhie kabhie it becomes much more than best friends but you try to shove it aside , ignoring it only as a friends thing..Sab hoga jealousy , the possessiveness, the urge to be with that person all the time... sab ...

Dheere dheere you realize that this is more... sabko dikhta hai it is more than friendship but khud realize honey mein time lagta hai...yaa aap khud accept karna nahi chahtey... And jab realization hota hai and you open up on your feelings to the other... Woh romantic feelings jo aap subtly dikhate ho through out that friendship waala phase come out more naturally and openly...

And lovers ban ne ke liye sabse pehle you have to be Best friends naa ...know the person in and out
