Not an expert by any means but from what I read in articles, surety needs a solvency certificate. Solvency certificate has to show that you have immovable assets that are worth 1 lakh or more. I assume that means real estate of some kind. Munmum is from Madya Pradesh so it's hard for her to arrange things so quickly. I'm not sure why Arbaaz had trouble considering his father is a lawyer in Mumbai and should have already known the rules. Both ended up getting 7 people each to post 15K bail each because 15K or less doesn't require a solvency certificate. But it ended up being too late for the day so they had to spend another night in jail.
Arbaaz's father said that the Tehsildar told them that paperwork will take time, Aryan Khan had Maneshinde who has his ways to get things done on time but because Aryan can't have any association with Arbaaz or co-accused, I think Shah's team couldn't help Arbaaz otherwise Amit Desai did a great job for him

So Juhi keeps such papers on the ready or what?😆
Sorry to laugh, but the bail was granted late, and it seems she was able to do things with lightning speed.

She was actually late and forgot one picture that's why Aryan couldn't come out at night which was their goal
Rest was due to Maneshinde, he had sent his son to Tehsildar's office and was ready with all the formalities by the time Juhi came there

Even Aryan ended up having to stay 2 days in jail extra after getting bail. I think they deliberately make these processes so hard to stomp on people. For Arbaaz and Munmum, it ended up being 3 days.
I think Juhi was asked to go for Aryan because she lived the closest and they were trying to beat the clock though it didn't work. If you miss the 5:30 PM deadline to put the papers in that stupid box, you have to stay an extra night. Juhi spent 3 or 4 hours in the court too. They didn't finish until 7:30 PM so it ended up rolling over to the next day.
There is just no way that this process should be so frustrating. I can't believe they don't make any changes to all these absurd rules.
Nawab in the Marathi video also mentioned Jasmine yasmeen, name change as per convince 😂

Hahaha, both brother and sister are the same. Grifters and attention-seekers.
Now he should attack the Rolex watches, Burberry shirts, Ferragamo and LV belts... our good honest little officer who survives on government salary. And has 4 apartments one of which is in posh Lokhandwala. 😆

Juhi lives in Malabar Hill IIRC. And layout of Mumbai is something I remember quite well though it has been many years since I was last there. Malabar Hill to Andheri would take a long time in rush hour traffic. Distance is hardly likely to be the reason SRK's lawyers called her. As Maneshinde explained, she knows Aryan well from birth. I have a hunch Maneshinde had prepared for all possibilities, and she had stuff ready to go just in case.

Then maybe she was closest that day, wherever she was. I do think it was about beating the clock because there is nothing barring family from posting the surety. For Arbaaz, his mother and brother did it. SRK could have just done it himself. It would have not have required any third person. I think they were trying to get it done as quickly as possible even though plans didn't work out.
Most stars live in Malabar Hill, Juhu etc.
Andheri is closer to Bandra where srk lives.. many celebs including Hrithik live in Juhu side. Which is closest to Andheri..
If Juhi lives in Malabar it’s the farthest.. it will take you atleast an hour to reach Andheri.
