To be honest, Raghav's humanity is far worse than Pallavi's. Pallavi's intentions are at least obvious, despite the minor importance that extra character receives.

Dr Ramya had declared Pallavi to be Mandaar’s only cure , but what about Esha ? Raghav literally has no compulsion to personally do so much for her .

Seriously, Pallavi took that bullet for him unnecessarily 😆. Should have just let him be .
