Yes, one thing that I noticed is although being a project head and partner Anu doesn't know her responsibilities.

Yesterday when Kavya was providing ideas there were two boss - Anuj and Aun. How do you suppose to run a business when you stay silent while someone is giving proposal. Anuj had to convince Anu to speak her mind.

It wasn't day 1 for Anu anyway so why she won't take responsibility of a team if she is actually project head. And what was that sorry afterwards?

That was just team discussion - ideas were being exchanged why do you need to say sorry to your employee?

As you said consultant makes much more sense.

Well I don't have any comments on Kavya, no matter what way she is out of the work space so I am happy with that.

Lol what are you even going on about? No matter how politely Anu said it, focusing as much on print ad as on online was a dumb as frick idea. But she's the mahaan Anupamaa, so everyone is supposed to treat it like genius insight 🤪

Well, sorry to say but many viewers here have real-life work experience. And see through this 'realistic' BS. 🤡 I just hope the writers stop being this lazy & lopsided.

Agar koi rich hai

Aur bahut paisa wala hai to kya bahut paisa wale kya newspaper nahin padhte

Yeh kavya ne kaise soch liya ki jo bahut paise wale wioh bus laptop mobile pe hi depend rahenge kabhi newspaper ya Magazine nahin padhenge?

Such a dumb mba graduate

People pass through hordings and people read news paper. And yes older and working generation doesn't have time to surf social media even when they have the means.

Biggest brands promotes thier products through news paper and hordings from iPhone to audi. If your product is good it will automatically get viral online.

Anu's pitch was targeted at a certain demographic. The one that is so deprived for familial touch that they will pay a 5-star hotel for it. Kavya's idea made sense based on that. WTF was that lecture about half of India still using older phones? It's true but they aren't the target clientele. Was that a business decision or feel-good BS?

Everything gets twisted & turned to make Anu's sentimental life approach seem supereme & everyone else useless. Like her 'genius' idea of portion & price controlling the cafe's menu. Her creating the fusion menu was logical and enough to prove the point. As a working professional, I hope the writers either stop showing us the inner workings of these businesses, stop selling it on realism, or stop thinking the audience is dumb. The writing right now is so lopsided.

First giving so much thought to how things work in a daily soap is not needed. ITV never had a mind. They are always focused on making sure their story sells.

Still, if we are giving it so much thought then I would say then what Anupama said was not wrong. They were very clear with the idea that it was about more women like Anupama who can cook well but never got a chance. In that context, there are still many women who don't use a smartphone. My mother still doesn't know half the things about the smartphone I bought for her and doesn't do online banking. Forget online banking she doesn't use ATM. Says you bring me cash. They don't sit on media waiting for what is new what is about to happen in shows give opinions on social media. Even Online shopping is to a minimum. That is why still you get pamphlets in the newspaper about the latest offers in malls. So you have to give importance to both the audience. What Anupama said was not wrong. But Kavya in her excitement and ego ruined her day.

I get where kavya is coming from. She was really excited about her first day. Wanted to make an impression. We have all been there. She already is jealous of Anupama and when Anuj agreed with her idea well let's just say Volcano got erupted. It happens to all of us but there was no need for the drama. Anybody else would have been fired.

The whole episode was very weirdly written. Started well with anuj telling her about knocking etc but I didn't agree to Anupamaa explanation. The way she talks about the restaurant doesn't seem a 5 star restaurant but some local dhaba. Online promotion doesn't mean an insta or fb post bur ads on YouTube, Google, fb and more. But anupamaa rant that half of the country is offline , well if they can't afford a smart phone I don't think they would enter a 5 star restaurant. And her examples are always limited to baa bapuji and housewives. Are the audience limited to them ? Didn't she say it would be for younger folks who will be missing home made food. Most of the younger generation would check online option.

I don't disagree print old school promotion is good but her reasoning was silly.

Clearly Kavya was not able to accept a suggestion made by Anupama of all people.

In any professional setting, everyone's ideas must be evaluated and collectively finalized. I don't know what she learnt in college or how she got a degree in biz.

These are the things that should be checked in an interview process to see if the candidate can handle feedback, resolve conflicts amicably.

To top this, kavya's behavior was completely childish right from barging in to speaking ill of Anuj/Anu.

OTOH, I felt Anupama bringing in baa, bapuji, chawanprash was OTT! 🤔

well, offline and online promotion both go hand on hand. We are still seeing hoardings of actors being brand ambassador of any product, marketing for big brands, shows, academy, IPL , big boss movies etc

It was kavya who forgot office code of conduct , badmouthed her boss in front of all and deteriorated peaceful environment of workplace . she wanted to hog all the limelight and lost her job due to her ego and anger.

Seriously man ! Lecture about half of india is using old phone was clearly big joke!

My domestic helper is also using smartphone worth of 5500 which she bought on big billion sale of flipkart and I helped her for online shopping!

Ahmedabad ke autowale ke pass bhi Maine anupama wala phone nahi dekha hai !

Aj kal itne saste smartphones milne lage hai!

Kuch bhi bakwas blabbering karti rehti hai yeh lady!
