Arre RD, if all of us have the same opinion about everything, phir toh humm me aur bhed main kya farak hai. The whole reason we come to the forum is to read different viewpoints and understand how others perceive similar situations.
On the topic of Rupi di, I had also mentioned the fact that she was much better than Malini in the sense that she never became desperate enough to want to steal back what she felt was "hers" or even did shadyantra and illegal activities against the apparent "other woman" in Pranav's life.
My main point was that Rupi di forgiving Pranav was no where groundbreaking or something unexpected for me. This was because as I mentioned the T family, and specially Rupi have always been emotionally very weak. They need the outside assurance or stamp of society in order for their decisions to be vindicated. That always tends to make them look like easy targets for the like of AC, MC and Pranav, who emotionally manipulate people to get them to behave the way they want to. While the T family knows hiw to distinguish between wrong and right, they, like amny Indian families, would rather leave an uncomfortable situation ratgerthan face it or confront it.
Which was why I mentioned the parallel between Rupi and Malini, where both are willing to give the men a free pass despite the men being the only reason both these women are in the current situation. While Malini's is hugely due to her inability to hear the word 'No', Rupi's is due to her inability to accept the circumstances and move on in her life to make hers and her daughter's life independent and strong.
