In this video, divya was certainly pinned down no doubt, but her falling down was because they all tripped over each other and generally I really don’t give a F about tackling/pushing/shoving and even about dangal last week. Pratik is not a hypocrite here it’s not like he whined/complained about Kundra.

That being said in this Kundra scene he literally headlocked him and slammed him on the ground. It could seriously hurt someone no matter what people say he put hand on back or whatever, what will he do if something went wrong? I think it’s in his benefit to be stopped now.
