Ok so the judgement was as I was expecting. Not surprising or scary, because this is the state of the country anyways.

How soon can Desai apply to BHC now ?🤔 Can he apply and get a date tomorrow itself ?

It was a plan to waste as much time as possible. This rejection could have been done in 5 minutes a week ago. They reserved the bail order to waste time so they couldn't go to high court right away. Then again kept wasting time today. It was obvious from the way the sold-out judge was behaving.

I don't have hope from high court either because the high court judge ran away today to delay some more. Must be getting orders from darling Modiji and his boyfriend Amit Shah.

The more time they waste, the more likely is it is that SRK will go after them once Aryan is out. There's nothing to lose now. One day these neo-Nazis will be out of power too.
