It is not just Aryan though. They did this to Rhea, Munawar, Siddique Kappan.

They use procedural loopholes to exploit the system. The process itself then becomes punishment.

I'm sorry, but I have NO faith in Indian Judiciary.

Bolte hai, jab tak apne pe nahi aati, doosro ke dukh/dard samajh nahi aati. Because not all humans are capable of showing empathy to another fellow human.

Those rejoicing and applauding this travesty of justice will know what it feels like when they are at the receiving end. Until then, talking idealistically is all they can do.

I don't think so.

The lower court needs to reject before they approach the higher court. That's what I think, but am not sure.
