That dialogue of Veer that I can't stay in the room with Kiara because she's not my wife, and ended up staying in the room with Rani, was kind of unsaid confirmation that he accepted and treated Rani as his wife from Day 1.

Veer were not living with Kiara in same room but he were staying n sleeping in one couch with Rani in same room because in inner side he know she is his wife
