Though every daughter expects to see some of her father in her husband, its too much comparison between Aaba and Virat by the cvs and Sai. If Sai needs a father she shud get herself adopted... That's easier. Virat can nvr be the father and always comparing Virat with aaba is a put off and actually unfair on a husband. You cant expect a husband to tolerate all the tantrums that a father accepts and gives in to the daughter. Does Sai want a husband or a father? She shud decide fast. Sai hugging Virat as a daughter wud hug a father is fine the first time especially since she had just met with an life threatening accident and was looking for a shoulder to cry on. But not always!

I am sorry, I got triggered this one sentence, so had to reply. Just this one statement. Dont have issues with anything else that you have mentioned here.

The scenes could be nice but it has become very difficult to see Virat coated with sugar. Earlier, it used to be his family but this time, I am not able to tolerate this split personality of his. The guy who kept standing mum when her Aaba was being insulted is talking so much about Aaba. The guy who said she doesn’t deserve her Dad’s love is asking her if her aaba used to plait her hair. The dialogues the previous day talking about how Sai is Kamal’s abhimaan was all too much to tolerate. If he knew that she can get hurt by words like Jungli, badtameez and her Dad would never approve of it, what was he waiting for? For her to land up at a hospital bed to realise it or voice it? He knows that she understands the language of love and yet would lock her in the room?

I loved your Virat “Mai” Chavan 😂 and that is who he is. What is with him saying he will leave, asking her to rest? Won’t attenders have a bed in the room or will there not be a couch where he can sit while she rests? What's he trying to show off by saying he will leave the room if she doesn’t want near him. How many times will he want to hear from Sai that she needs him to boost his ego even in this condition?

I agree that him asking her if the choti is like how her Dad used to make is all a bit too much. She could have been reminded of it and got emotional but that doesn’t mean he would try to match her Aaba in it. If at all he needs to match with her Aaba, it should be through love and care. He had left his family and friend to insult Sai forever and wants to match in this 🤷‍♀️. Kamal would have never given this guy the responsibility of his daughter, had he seen the true colours of this man.

I am sorry but I don’t see him realising Sai’s discomfort or Pakhi’s true colours. He acts as it pleases him. Just a while back he was holding Pakhi’s hands asking her to pray for Sai and now he is all shocked with her arrival? Why? I am sure he will be thinking as always that Sai has issues with Pakhi and why did Pakhi have to come now which can make Sai retreat from him. Because according to him, Sai and Pakhi are at loggerheads. Pakhi is not a person who harasses his wife. When he has not realised that he himself has harassed and abused Sai, when will he realise this?

Pakhi is a really really vile person. Who would bring flowers to a patient who has not even recovered or whose chances of recovering is still unsure just to disturb them? Such a horrible character. Disgusting. Have no words for her. She taunts Sai this badly even in this condition and is worried about her lover. And the way she fights with Shivani as if she is a righteous person, a person who is human who cares for Sai. Care my foot, a person who intends to hurt and disturb a patient has the audacity to fight back whenever she is accused of not caring for Sai.

How come the whole family turns blind eye towards Pakhi and her actions. They really think she is trying to make amends? Real fools.

I meant may be it wud be easier than staying with an unwanted husband like Virat. Whoever wud adopt wud obviously be interested in being a father right!

I am not in any semblance to argue on this.. I got offended by that comment. Fathers, families cannot be adapted.. The world is not such a peaceful place. 10 people come to claim they are your family, treat them as their father/mother but the run away the moment you face a problem. Irrespective of this show that statement bothered me. I would not like to extend it any more.

I agree the makers are doing it too much from both sides.. however, this time, it's acceptable from Sai's side since she just had a very bad life threatening accident... She is way too vulnerable... I have seen grown up people going for normal dental surgeries, could be a minor tooth extraction, painful as hell, they miss their parents, start hallucinating about them, and it happens all the more when they lose them in not so long times. Here, Sai, just 19, who was her world, lost her dad just a year back... After that had 2 life threatening accidents, 1 suicide attempt, many fights and what not.

She is not searching her dad in Virat but the warmth, the comfort, the person who was her home, her world. After Aaba, in the world full of harshness and taunts, she got that warmth, that peace, only with Virat. She needs some pampering from Virat, after all those days of indifference and hate, and that's not bad. He is older, the one her father trusted with her Zimmedaari, so that much she can expect, given that when Virat was shot or fell ill, she was always there...

And it's not always she behaves like Virat's daughter. She has been her wife many times... If you remember the laddoo scene or the honeymoon Chipu hug or the holi or Harinee birthday kiss attempt.

She, as a wife, cared enough for him to make him have coconut water along with her, when Sunny told her that he didn't have anything, even in such a delicate state.

I am sorry but what does that mean by getting herself adopted by some family... She is lawfully wedded wife of Mr. Virat Chavan... She has all of rights to keep expectations from him and his family, however, she keeps herself to the minimum level...

I didn't have problem in the initial references of comparison of Aaba and Virat, from Virat's side, given he was never shown disrespecting Kamal sir. But after the anniversary fiasco, he himself questioned the laad pyaar provided to Sai by her Aaba that made her ziddi and badtameez. He knows who is Aaba and what is his place in Sai's life but let's his family and vile Pakhi to walk over that dead man's respect, again and again.

Similar thoughts came to my mind while the scenes were playing. The scenes between Sai and Virat were sweet but this over-reference of Aaba and comparison with him was too much. As I have always maintained Sai-Aaba's bond>>>>>>>>>any other bond in the show... Virat, being a single child didn't have such bond with his parents, nor did Pakhi.

Virat does not respect Kamal sir or sai. After a year of mistreatment and being called names, by himself and his family, he is suddenly reminded of Kamal sir's abhiman. He is reminded of getting work done by Sai with love, after locking her up, abusing her and accusing her zid for his own vile actions. He was the one who said she became badtameez by Kamal sir's excess 'laad pyaar' which she didn't deserve, that Kamal sir failed when it came to Sai's upbringing... Today he wants the approval that his made plaits are similar to that to what Kamal used to make. One, he can ask how is it, does she like it but why comparison and second, she was getting all the more emotionally vulnerable and distraught by the memories and mention of Kamal sir, why would he want to scratch that hurt she felt of being in that state without her Aaba by her side, rather he should have tried to divert her mind. He knows Aaba was Sai's world, next he wants to do things Aaba did, so that her world revolves around him but won't mend his ways... Will always remain a Flipper.

Kamal sir didn't know him personally, like DIG doesn't. Professionally, he looked a good person, his character was at his best in GC track, personally, he is just messed up with all the wrong priorities.

I didn't like how he just lost his patience so fast, seeing she was craving for his presence and attention so much. So many times, with all her efforts and energy, she had to sit up and hold his hand and then again after 5 minutes the same I am going cycle...🤦 It's all about him and his ego... 😔Apparently he had to take the stool with him to sit on other corner of the room... Chindi Chavans ka family hospital...🤣

What's with Sai and Pakhi don't like each other since the start? The person who is the reason for their mutual hate as he puts it (since Pakhi hates Sai but Sai doesn't) doesn't realise the obvious... So thick. Yeah, he said once na before transfer drama, that Sai virat marital problems have nothing to do with Pakhi in front of Samrat...🤡 He doesn't realise when Pakhi abuses his wife, he doesn't realise when he himself does it...🤷

I really really hate Pakhi... This much hate I never had for any other character. I wish I could have an access to their fictional world Ghum land, would have slapped her hard (I am a very peaceful person irl 😳) and hug Sai. The makers are stooping her character to the lowest of lows, then they claim that she is trying to move on... Fooling the audience.

They made Samrat real dumb, why would he of all people persuade, even request her to go meet Sai... Seems Sai ko achha lagega... Same people who were afraid how she will react when Virat goes to see her are confident of her reaction with Pakhi... Clowns...🤡

As I already told I know what place Aaba holds in Sais life. Me being a daughter who lost her father recently, I am talking from experience. At the risk of repeating myself, let me reiterate that one cannot expect a husband to be a dad. You will only be in for disappointment. As I told u its being taken too far. Cvs ought to decide whether they want to make Sairat a couple or a father-daughter duo 😑

Why I said Sai (and not cvs) shud decide is bcoz obviously she has been shown comparing Virats actions with her Aaba. (Of course its cvs who decide the storyline!) N now she shud know Virat cant be her Aaba. Only a parent can ignore / tolerate a childs brashness, rudeness and arrogance. No one else can.. They did show the same in the show as well. To an extent Virat always gave in to her tantrums but once she crossed the line by humiliating him as a two timer during anniversary his threshold was crossed and he started being indifferent. Let me not go into further details bcoz all of u know better than me on what happened in the show. What I am trying to do is illustrating my statement with an example from the show. That's all.

And excuse me, too much parent-child vibes hv already been shown. Like the kiss that Sai supposedly gave Virat after his recent fever episode.

Of course this my take.

Its difficult to watch the fierce , independent Sai Joshi be so vulnerable. Its heartbreaking. She may have people that care for her but no one can ever love her the way her aabaa did- selflessly, prioritizing her over everything n Sai of course reciprocated that. She wants acceptance and reliability in her relationships especially with Virat. She seeks similarities with aabaa in virat but she is not stupid enough to look at him as a parent. She looks at him as a husband but she's reminded of pp all the time so she tries to settle for just his care as a guardian. But she is made to feel like people are "tolerating" her- she doesn't need that. No one needs that. Especially not Sai Joshi. She needs pampering, mentoring, guidance, patience and someone that appreciates her for everything she is including her flaws. If Virat is going to behave as if he is "tolerating" her, it'll only break Sai more. Shes better off without such pity/obligatory relationship.
