I told you guys the argument does not matter. As long as it’s a paltu judge, this is what is going to happen. They will drag this out to high court, plant fake news in the media and tarnish reputations.

High court judges aren’t pets usually but you never know.

This whole thing is just crazy. I have heard that accused must prove innocence in drugs cases in India. Crazy system that clearly doesn’t work. It should be the state’s burden. Prosecutor showing up late to court should be cited for contempt. Not ready, paperwork not done, well too bad the rights of the defendants shouldn’t be forgotten because you didn’t prepare properly. What is this - Prosecutor kindergarten? Why should the judge accept this behavior?

Yet he succeeded with his play...and the judge let him...so what kind of judge is he??!!

Guys, I hope Khan saab doesn't have to go in humility and bow his head and fold his hands in front of people.
