So here it's written "in connection with" which forms the basis of the whole grouping and clubbing of Aryan with others by NCB. This phrase is what was completely trashed by Amit Desai today.
also no "consumption, cultivation, sale, purchase,"
no "illicit trafficking" and "conspiracy" sections which were added later on.
No section holds at all.
Nothing on Aryan at all.

Actually after they didn’t find anything. He shouldn’t have let them take his phone or detain him. Not sure why he didnt argue. If you show cops etc you are naive and docile, they take advantage. It could also be that since he is who he is. He thought best not to argue. Else people could have made a narrative that he was arrogant , rude etc.
