I feel sad how Priya is misunderstood for being straightforward and blunt. Most of the time her actions are misunderstood even by her family members. She is the only strong person in the family who handles all the family matters financial, emotional etc. She cannot show herself as fragile because of this. Everybody in the family is piggy backing off her. Sarah looks after bakery, but financial obligation is on Priya. She also need to take care of family finances too, so works over time. Still family thinks she is kadoos. She is made to look like some stone who has no feelings, emotions.... If she didn't, why would she do all this for her family.

Ram is supposed to be committed to the new relationship, he himself said that before. So why would he chat with Vedika, that too late at night and the conversation didn't seem right to me. Why would she congratulate him late at night. overall conversation was cringeworthy.

I feel so uncomfortable when Ram- Vedu conversations are shown. What would have happened if Neeraj did the same to Priya. How would Ram react? We already saw Ram's reaction on the day after engagement in front of Priya and her family.

Now Nandini is planning for annulment of the marriage. So, curious on what grounds are they planning. any thoughts?

Who in the right mind would go for audition on their marriage day?

Priya has started observing Ram's adjusting nature, his humility, she will obviously take more time to understand him due to her past experience.

If Akki ditches Shivina am sure Nandini will push to Ram that it was fraud from sood family to get priya married when they never wanted shivina’s marriage that could be the only way she could break Priya- Ram marriage!

i want to see how Ram reacts since already Priya is blaming him for leaving the wedding. Also, he knows Priya had no interest in marrying him in the first place.

I am not even sure that Ram ignored Vedu's message. He was distracted. Looks like he has a short attention span, moves quickly from subject to subject which in turn caused him to move away from Vedu's message.

I think he will still run to Vedu given a chance, which is really sad. This is considering how both Ram and Priya are new and slowly getting used to their relationship.

For the first time a realistic arrange marriage is being shown but so many questions arises

Love or Arrange, marriage is marriage & the first step of building a relationship is sharing the bed it starts from there only. Its so mature of Ram-Priya to share a bed together they know,they are married. What is wrong if a husband-wife sharing a bed on their nuptial night? Sharing a bed doesn't mean intimacy its companionship,friendship & intimacy comes in the end thats how arrange marriage couple deals with & i went through the same too

Coming to nuptial night decorations many thinks its weird since their marriage is arrange & compromise for family members its celebration especially for elders its not illogical that Priya siblings decorated the bed its normal in a marriage but what the couple decides to do its upto them

Sharing a bed does get awkward too if the person is total stranger to u but Ram-Priya knows each other,they met each other & they respect each other that respect for each other took away the awkwardness & sharing bed was comfortable for them. Yes physical intimacy will be uncomfortable for them they are not ready for it thus even a minor touch might get uncomfortable for this too happen trust needs to kick in and love both are miles apart it will build slowly

Now,Priya taunts just becos Ram is sweet doesn't mean there should be a compromise in Priya's nature. She is still the same bitter Priya who is judegmental especially for rich people and Ram comes into that category. She feels Ram is like his family she needs time to understand him & vice versa. She saw Ram in a new light but the way he left mandap and her family got humiliated she is back to square one,once she knows the reality she will mellow down and her ghar parvesh in Kapoor Mansion will lead her to many truth abt Ram that will make her fall in love with him

Now regards to imported taxi taunt,she gave that taunt when Ram says that its a imported and not any mechanic can do it and it subtly rude from his side thus she got rile up even in laptop she google this only. I was like what does that mean imported or no imported any kind of mechanic can do it. Priya is straight forward & in your face if you use the correct words to her she will treat u well if u are rude she will be double rude thats her,thats Priya Sood it will take a while for her to transform as Priya Ram Kapoor

The bai who works in our homes has a worse, much tougher life. Often hubby is a drunkard or drifter. Has to take advance to pay kids’ school fees or buy rations. Always has a loan on her head. Work is endless days of mopping, dishwashing, toilet-cleaning. But does she always come & work with a grim humourless face & bitter biting remarks? Often she is cheerful & may even hum a song while doing the bartan.

The show is justifying ‘khadoos’ based on life experiences. What I have seen is that khadoos is often just a personality trait.

I agree!! There are problems in her life no doubt. She has faced a lot but honestly that doesn't give her a licence to be rude to people. That day Ram was kinda right when he said she has so much negativity inside her. And she is like that to almost everyone even her family. Its okay to be sarcastic sometimes but when one is forever negative and pessimistic it gets tiring to deal with such a person. I do feel bad for her family sometimes. Because they do care a lot about her, try to cheer her up all the time but they always get such a thanda or cold response from her.

In fact many times I find it weird how itv leads ( males in most serials and Priya in BALH2) become so bitter and khadoos due to some incident. Yes they may have a bad past but I feel bad for the people who have to deal with their bitterness on a daily basis.

Please don't misunderstand me. This is not a Priya bashing post or something. I like her character, about how straightforward she is but sometimes she comes across as unnecessarily rude that too to people who don't deserve it. And if so, she should be like that to everyone. Why is she not rude to mami, Nandini or Shubu even when they speak a lot of nonsense? Have observed in many shows that characters are nice/meek in front of people who mistreat them and are rude to ones who are actually nice to them and this kinda irks me a lot.
