so i went back and checked out the insta story pic i had captured and its when esha gets hurt and raghav brings her to hotel room. Gives her water and she says “tum jaa sakte ho, mai manage karlegi” and he angrily says “why does this guy behave like that with you?” And she replies with a long monologue of yeah he has always been like that etc and raghav says “why didnt u fight back or something like that and esha says i didnt have it in me or something and raghav says the esha i knew wouldn’t have given up Or whatver and she says “that esha was khattam from a long time etc. then she goes on to tell about her feelings and so on and raghav says, all these feelings emotions etc doesnt matter any more, mere dil mein sirf aur sirf pallavi hai” and then esha says something which i couldnt see and then raghav too says something which i couldnt see. It's precisely because he found out from her why she left that he is no longer bogged down by his anger and need to hate her.
Whether she was telling the truth or not is a different matter but as far as Raghav is concerned, she had a strong, valid reason for leaving him so he has no reason to feel the tension. Also, seeing that she's apparently been suffering abuse while he moved on and made a better life for himself makes him feel sorry for her.
Lastly, people keep forgetting that they used to be close friends before falling in love. That connection will not be totally dead when has learned that she was innocent and in fact didn't betray him because he was poor. For old times' sake is a hard to resist request and even more the alcohol aspect. He doesn't have control over his addiction.
