Then it all depends on the judge... Some will be like we'll give you x days to file and you have to do it... Some might say no, no we'll take it up in the afternoon or tomorrow morning and you have to be ready... Depends on how proactive the judge is

They are keeping him in prison on basis of technicalities, first maintainability, they stretched the matter whole day so they can’t file bail application in session court on the same day, Now NCB needs two more days to file an answer

I m not lamenting that the bail hearing is on wednesday (Yaar 2 din aur) but the fact that he must get bail on wednesday atleast.
