The script is confusing, Esha does not look like a gold digger, otherwise why will she fall for Raghav. He had nothing of his own in d first place, she proposed marriage to Raghav and was proud that he is on his way to success. It is just not about money, the creatives emphasized on certain amount of physical intimacy between the two.

Yes but he hasn't got any formal notice in the form of penalty for not complying to the rules mentioned in th tender. So the extension is valid.
