Personally I hate going to shopping malls. The staff's behavior is so bad almost all the time. I can't put up with that.

I just saw this. Had responded seeing the title. They're polite for the most part ,in my experience but I've had a couple of incidents . One with a bunch of girls who bitched about me assuming I wouldn't follow the language lol. The other one was with this lady who kept asking "For you ??!! At this age?!! " and giggled with her male colleague ..when my mother asked for a certain item .

I hate it when they follow you around at certain shops as if you're gonna steal something. There was this guy at a CD store who would be in tow , even though they had CCTV cams set up . He'd follow me around every time. It was really annoying. One day I gave him my bag and said "Hold this please" and kept looking around forever . He stopped doing it.

It's sad that some employers don't allow salespeople to sit even if there are no clients on the floor. They're fined if they're caught sitting. That's another thing that makes online shopping better. I feel uncomfortable walking into a store knowing those people have been standing for hours .

I have come to a point where I feel totally confused, directionless and lost in the mortar and brick stores. The other day I had to pick up a couple of shirts for my son from Old Navy and was aghast how out of touch and inefficient I have become in terms of shopping in the physical stores. I also realized that the clothes were much cheaper and better packaged(in the sense, we can see them on the models) online. So yes Online shopping it is for me.

Oh clothes and makeup never ever online. The quality, design, colours, size I need to check out and try myself before buying. So it's malls obviously.
