From outside , Jack Nicholson in The Shining scared me to an extent that I cant watch any of his movies without thinking of that character.

Ashutosh Rana in Dushman and Sangarsh, even when he does positive roles now such as the one in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya - he still had that scary demenour.

Amjad Khan (Gabbar in Sholay) and Kulbushan Kharbanda (Shaan) as well, whenever they appeared in positive roles, could not trust them.

SRK in Anjaam. I remember how much I disliked him after that movie.

Kareena Kapoor in MPKDH and K3G was terrifying to behold. An outright villain to my soul and mental health. I’ve never been able to look at her the same. 🥺👉🏼👈🏼

This doesn’t count as a villain, but Vidya in Bhool Bhulaiya was horrifying. Her expressions scared me so much, that everything she does now looks scary to me.
