Yaar abhi dhangse its only been a week only, and my goal is to lose 0.5 to 1kg per week till november mid, aaj se brisk walk bhi shuru ki hai, day by day i ll increase steps to 10k and baaki i am doing squats exercises, desperately need to reduce thigh fat😔 what else do you suggest?

Oou thigh fat is a pain for me too.

See initially u might not see a drop in weight immediately but don't stop working out. I'd suggest you to incorporate dancing coz you'll burn more calories in lesser time and some HIIT workouts if you don't like dancing.

Only thighs toh nahi jayenge, but try this work out. Its not as intense as other leg workouts so you can do this for one week and then move upto harder ones.

what harder workouts you mean? I was thinking to incorporate skipping also. Haan i know not initially with good diet i did lose 2kg in a month and half but thats long back, now i need to lose more than double of it hahaha and i followed this girl only when i lost weight before, i was thinking to follow this video of hers only. Wow do you follow her this video only? If you do what jynxx man 😆 Do you mind telling your consistency? In dm if you want to

Harder as in more intensity. There are different levels of workout na, but I found Emi's to be the most effective.

Skipping is really good! It helps a lot. I don't do it because I don't have the space to, but its really effective for weight loss.

Hehe humare dimaag sync ho gaye hai 😆 Danny ka kamaal dekho, across the country humlog ek sochne lage hai 😆❤️

My consistency is that 5 days a week I work out, so basically one day I'll do dance, the other arms, then abs, then legs and fifth day (Friday) I do another dance workout. Dance is my form of cardio lol 😆 Weekend ko I only do stretching and yoga for relaxing muscles.

If I don't feel like working out any of the days I'll go for a walk now that rains are over.

And mainly, control what you eat. I am not diet crazy but whatever I want to eat I prefer making at home. Like pizza also, ghar pe banate hai, base, sauce and cheese khareed ke but veggies and all ghar pe kaatte hai. Idk how but that makes a difference, its less heavy and fattening. What are you doing for diet? If u let me know I can help u in that.

diet is normal ghar ka khana , dropped chips biscuits and atram patram and meetha for a while. November is my deadline. So i wont eat junk etc ,

Ek dum sahi hai, bahar ka khana bandh karte hi u will see hell of a difference. Meetha khaa sakte ho, but aisa nahi ki har din pastry pe pastry kha rahe ho. Its like u have a chocolate slab, you can eat one square per day.

If you don't mind me asking, how many kilos are u planning to lose? Coz like don't always go on the scale, mera bahot time tak weight constant tha phir drop hua coz I losing fat but gaining muscle.

U also say atram patram?! So cool yaar so do I! ❤️

plan to mera 5 hai but 3-4 hojaye to bhi i will be happy , mujhe definitely 3 tak to karna hai in next 6 weeks. 5 i know is bit unrealistic seeing the timeline. Hahahha yes no cookies nothing, we think quite alike bro 😆 still kitne time tak constant rha tha?

Ok 3 is realistic. Increase your cardio, whether its jogging, running, walking, dancing, whatever you chose. Apne paas waise bhi public figures jitna time and resources nahi hote hai 😆

Mera initially 4-5 kg kam hua, phir abhi 2 mahina constant tha, ab wapas weight kam hona start hua. Because I was gaining muscle and muscle takes up lesser space in your body.
