Sadly in India according to law, Adultery is consensual sexual intercourse outside of marriage and not emotional and literal cheating. I would like to be corrected If I am wrong. Fateh cannot be charged for criminal offence under Adultery so no point in mentioning the same in the court and bringing more shame to the people who are already traumatised by the divorce.

Why they have to show jasmean kissing fateh and then fateh being half assed about it?

Why exactly is fateh sad? And why is he having those dream wale red saree where fatejo were all romantic wale flashback? 🤪
