There was a time when I often used to have nightmares that i am falling off from terrace or a cliff but would always wake up before falling down.

have had many sleep paralysis experiences almost on daily basis in my early to mid 20s..but thankfully not anymore .. I had noticed it mainly used to occur during day time napping..

another thing which was associated with such sleep issues was I could see what is happening around even when am asleep like my friends coming and going out of room and I keep calling them they wont listen...after I wake up i used to ask them if they came and they would say yes...has happened multiple times ..

I had a mamu who passed away when he was really young, in 10th grade.

My mom was younger than him, and I was born 30+ years after his death so I didn’t really know anything about him apart from his name.

So one day I was visiting my nani and I fell asleep… i had a dream and in that dream I fell asleep and had a dream 😵‍💫

Dream within a dream…

That I was in my nanis old home and I saw my younger Mamu (the one who is alive) going up the stairs in white shalwar qameez then he turned around and somehow I just knew that it wasn’t my living mamu it was the elder dead mamu.. he just looked at me and said “unse kehna mein theek hoon” (tell them I’m fine)

I woke up from the first dream and then woke up again to reality but I forgot what I saw. I went back home and then remembered what I saw.. I went to my mom In kitchen and told her what I saw… she threw down whatever she was holding and sat down crying and said call nani… she called her and made me retell my dream… my nani started crying and said: “we never even told you guys anything”

My mom then told me that if was his death anniversary that day 😵‍💫 and I swear that I had no idea! I had no fricking idea! He passed so long before I was even born so I didn’t even have any association with him.

this part I don’t tell anyone in real life but disclosing here that he committed suicide after having a fight with his father.

I’m sure this is something that haunted his parents for a long time and I hope this msg gave them some relief …

This makes me belief that there is a life after death… our soul are conscious even after leaving our body… not all souls can maybe contact living beings but maybe some souls can contact their loved ones like this…

One story

One guy was coming back to home at late night walking.A cat was coming beside him.He tried to shoo away the cat but the cat did not go and it kept walking beside him.Then after sometime the cat turned into a very tall man much taller than normal humans.Then his height became like normal human being.Then the man said to the guy don't be scared I am like your father I will accompany you to your home.The guy kept walking and that cat turned man also kept walking with him then he reached home safely.the figure disappeared may be don't remember properly.He got unwell after reaching home out of fear.

Don't know if it is true my mother said it was shared to her by the guy himself.

My cousin overseas also had a similar story. He saw a cat from a distance turn into a very tall man. He fainted from fear and had a high fever for a few nights after. We believe them to be djinn (demons).

That's happens so frequently with me. Either I get shot or fall from somewhere and then wake up

As if this was not enough, I suddenly looked up and thought I saw a face staring down at me. 😭I was dead scared and feeling helpless, just shut my eyes and began chanting "Ram, Ram" in my head. OMFG. That’s horrific. See when I’m scared AF, I’m even more terrified to pray because I worry that the demon will hear my prayers and get pissed off at me. But that will give me a heart attack. 😂

My family friend had sleep paralysis and he saw a demonic looking lady climb into his bedroom from his window and she started to climb onto his bed, crawling her way towards him. He snapped out of it and slept with the lights on for one week straight. Thankfully, my sleep paralysis knows my mental limits. If I saw that, I guarantee you that I would have died on sight.

This reminds me when I visited my friends house and she was telling me her sleep paralysis story. She was in the midst of a scary dream where she’s in a haunted building and there’s a demonic lady running after her. The possessed lady reaches behind her and was breathing in her ear when my friend wakes up from her dream paralysed. However, she can still feel the ladies presence behind her and also felt her breathing into her ear. Anyway when she was telling me the story, I suddenly felt a huge pressure on my head. It was as if something was clutching my entire head and trying to crush it. I couldn’t even look at the light, it was too bright and the insane pressure was killing me. I grabbed my bag and told her I had to leave and that I don’t feel right. This all started from when she began the story. As soon as I left her house, I felt better. I drove home with the windows down, pumping the ‘I’m a barbie girl’ song because I was too scared to look at the rear mirror in case something was sitting in the backseat. 😆

One story I read in a book/magazine it was shared by someone who experienced it.

A man was going somewhere in scooter.A girl asked him for lift and he agreed.While riding he saw the girls hair was touching the ground.After sometime the girl was not there she disappeared and the man after reaching home realised his back was badly wounded.

It’s 3:30am (witches hour) and I’m slightly scared in bed so why not torture myself even more. Here is a another scary story.

My sisters friend (let’s call her Anna) had recounted a scary occurrence. Anna was in bed and it was around 11am when her mum walked into her bedroom. The mum was like “Anna come with me for a second, I need your help with something”. Anna was feeling lazy so she told her mum that she’ll get up soon. Her mum left her room and Amna continued browsing through her phone. A few minutes later her mum comes back into the room and again tells Anna to get up and come with her, she needs her help with something. Anna made a show that she’s gonna get up soon but still lazed around in bed when her mum came into her a room a third time and repeated the same thing, then left her room.

Just as Anna was finally about to get up, her mobile started ringing and she realised it was her mum calling. Thinking that her mum is calling her from downstairs because she was fed up coming into her room, Anna answered the call telling her mum that she’s out of bed and is coming downstairs to help her. Her mum was confused and had no idea what Amna was referring too. Anna was like ‘you came into my room 3 times asking me to get up and come with you to help you with something’. The mum denied doing that and told her that she was at the gym with her father and hadn’t been home for the past 2 hours. Hearing that, Anna told my sister that she felt goosebumps all over her body and felt this dreaded and horrific feeling in her gut. She bolted downstairs where her siblings were and told them what happened.

They told the story to someone who has a lot of knowledge in these matters and the man told the family, that it was likely a demon (djinn) appearing in the form of her mother to trick her. He said it was a good thing that Anna didn’t get up and follow it because God knows what the intention was.

This is possibly the most scariest for me because this has caused me to have trust issues with my own mother. It’s bad enough that I’ve once accused her of poisoning my food but now if she ever comes into my room and asks me to follow her, the only way you’d get me out of my bed is by dragging my dead body.

When kid Went to a mrg , venue is in outskirts n playing with other kids in play ground n suddenly some one whispered in my ear n thought some one called n looked around but all are playing n I asked did some one whispered in my ear r played prank n they said no . The whispering voice became continuous then I asked others are they hearing any voice , they said no , when it’s becoming dark voice became increasing then others also heard n we ran from play ground in to building n left small kid there n I said we left small kid , let’s go back n bring him but no one agreed n were scared . I alone went back n there small kid crying n I just picked kid n ran . We went to elders n said , first they didn’t believe but later they also heard voice as it increasing when becoming night n more dark n voice is at peak at mid night . all went around n checked but didn’t find anything , we were in building whole night n voice kept decreasing as it became morning .it’s lady voice n repeating only one thing come .
