To leave the ring or not

Since the precap for this week started airing on Saturday, i have been heart broken thinking about Sai leaving Virat. The ring flashback was specially poignant. Based on the BTS shared afterwards, it does look like Sai doesnt leave the ring, i hope that is true because it makes sense to me, or at least i can justify that based on the sairat conversation at Sai's birthday 😊

I remembered the scene but not the details of their conversation so i watched that episode again to refresh my memory. Even though Virat had bought the ring with different feelings but when Sai wanted clarification on that he said it was a birthday gift and not a husband's gift of love. I am going to ignore the unnecessary miscommunication this added and focus on the fact that it was a birthday gift.

Also, Virat was very clear about her wearing the ring even when they have fought or he has disappointed her. This seems to have been foreshadowing for the current situation. She is disappointed in him and they are fighting.

Something else that Virat said in this conversation which makes more sense now is that if Sai decides to leave him then he wont meet her again. He says he doesn't live in the past and would not look back at their relationship. Hearing this conversation really explained Virat's current behavior. He will not force her to stay with him if she has made up her mind to leave him. I think Virat now needs Sai to make a move towards him, after the anniversary fiasco he will not risk his heart again.

So i am hoping Sai leaves wearing the ring. I am prepared to witness more heart break this week by Sai's resigned determination and Virat's indifference and hope the sairat magic will return when Sai needs Virat after the accident and Virat will be there for her.

Writers are not that intelligent.. I would love to see that..

If Sai leaves the ring it will hit him hard and it will be kind of rebuilding their relationship.. I liked how the bangles broke and Virat didn't hold them because those gifts were never out pity.. Then they started on making new memories with ruby pendent and the ring..

So true, I am actually thinking the writers remember the conversation

I thought the bangles breaking at that moment was also so dramatic but they didn’t follow up on that

I wanted her to leave the ring considering it will convey how it was too big of a mistake this time unlike the last doubting her with Ajinkya...where she did not remove it...

Virat has been disappointing us all by his unexplainable behaviour towards Sai but somewhere deep down in the corners of all our hearts , we all want sairat back.

And your post rekindles that hope.

But my question is for Sai... Since she has decided that she doesn't want anything to do with Virat as he is not worthy of her love and respect... Then she must leave the ring remembering what Virat told her while giving it to her .. by leaving the ring she would make sure that Virat never looks for her ever. ... If she is not leaving it that would mean that she is still harbouring a hope that Virat might come looking for her 😔

In any case Virat and Sai have gone past all of these symbolic gestures ... They need to have a real conversation if at all they want to start afresh... But unfortunately this isn't happening 😔

They are using Devi Tai instead of usha maushi because that actress has gone permanently ..

But the ring was a birthday gift from Virat to Sai and he asked her not to remove it even if he dies 😭

He won’t go looking for her because she is leaving him after he had used his haq as pati to make her stay after his mission.

I think those two things are separate

And ofcourse I expect her to come back to Virat at some point, right now she needs to focus on her studies and get away from the everyday drama that Pakhi is creating

But he asked her not to take it off even if they were fighting or he disappointed her or if he dies, that did it for me 😭

Now if she takes it off 🥺but I had to see that conversation again to feel this way and it’s probably too late to send a clip to the editors to remind them of this before they finalize the episode 🤓
