Thank you Riya for the tag. Dev Anand is becoming more popular through your posts and comments. I did not realise he was such charismatic hero in those days. I only knew him from his later movies.

But this Dev from the golden era is really something. His songs were such hits and you can listen to them forever.

Once upon a time, when they played the songs on Radio, they used to mention lyricist's name and music composer's name along with play back singers names. That is how I know Hemant Kumar's name. We used to concentrate on the singers or the actors. But from this thread we are admiring the lyricists and Music composers too.
