Looks like monu nd karan conversation about sid must have happened at his home or outside the academy.

By seeing sid face its clear he is not well,nd on top sanju words.even she is correct in her place but looks like he will faint/ his condition will get worse in fri/ sat episodes.nd by that time mr nd mrs batra will also return.nd monu will blame karan for his condition.
