Yes she did both to sanju nd sid.but karan didn't take it seriously,as sid was only telling lies from the day he entered academy nd monu was also involved in his lies.karan already knew sid didn't have any heart disease,so when monu said about dust allergy he didn't trust her.
He is Correct, trust needs to be earned in the first place and these two are just lying to everyone, even though Sid's feelings are genuine that does not negate the pain it is giving other people.
