I'm afraid that Sitara won't show Pallavi mending her ways and meeting Raghav in the middle. Raghav will be white-washed, as per repeated precedence shown in ITV. It is what it is, unfortunately.
If by any miraculous intervention Sikku sticks to his long lost gut and plays out the track in MHRW style, not Sitara style, then yes, I'm sure both Raghav and Pallavi can arrive at a middle ground to help sustain their marriage.
I haven't seen today's episode yet, but if Pallavi's approach is "main tumhe sudhaarna chahti hoon", then unfortunately that's a lost cause, that too with someone as hardheaded as Raghav. Her approach should be to explain to him that his loved ones won't abandon him again and that he needs to rework the way he runs his empire because he's no longer alone. His family lives with him and he's effectively putting them at risk by continuing to work in this manner. He also needs to be shown that his life is no less valuable and that by taking the bullet for his loved ones (literally and figuratively, both), Raghav isn't doing right by them. His mom doesn't wish to lose another son and his wife doesn't wish to be a widow again. There's a time and phase in one's life when they can afford to be risky and frisky. Raghav has passed that time and phase in his life, he needs to move on and ensure that there are countless layers of protection in place to keep him and his loved ones safe at all cost. I'm not saying he should drop what he does, absolutely not, but he should bring forth some changes and a degree of certainty.
Similarly, Raghav's approach should be to explain to Pallavi why his business functions the way it does and the underlying benefit it has to society. There was a beautiful OS I read a while ago about how Raghav would keep help keep troubled kids off the streets (will edit my comment later and share the link if I can find it again). He didn't let them get away with their wrongdoings, but he found ways to help them in an effective manner instead of leaving them at the hands of bureaucratic mercy. Anyway, we can see many more layers of Raghav's character in this track - how helps the less fortunate, how he takes care of his employees and their families, how he discloses everything to the men/boys he hires beforehand. Let's not forget that Abhishek was eager to do this job even though Raghav had asked everyone to lay low. Knowing Raghav, had Abhishek insisted and asked for financial help until work picks up again, woh help kar deta.
I also hope Pallavi gets called out for her bipolar morality and ethics. If "what's wrong is wrong" applies to her husband, then it should apply to her ex-husband's family as well. If "what's right is right" can apply to her ex-FIL, then it should apply to her husband as well. VD can evade property taxes, but Raghav can't evade custom duties? I guess the counter argument is that VD wasn't as financially stable as Raghav, sure, but Raghav wasn't financially stable when he started out in this industry either. He picked up on these tips and tricks from fellow competitors and then eventually built his empire. Besides, if VD suddenly has the zeal to sell sarees on the streets, toh yeh tab bhi karta jab property tax dene ke liye paise nahi the.
I'm eager to see pent up angst and frustration between the leads, hopefully it paves way for more understanding and romance at some point!
