If this was a PR stunt then Saishi would have shared/reposted the ok parlour insta stories for promotion but they didn't.

Trust me Jo, I never shipped anyone as of now but I love saishi😳 adore and love them🤗 sure shipping their friendship👍🏼 but not love and yeah love to have full fun with you all for sure 🤗 hope they both come together on real like destiny bought them together as raghvi even though they auditioned with different people's😳

Both Saishi are very genuine people that's why I connected so much with them. Other actors are more into PR and image but they love the craft more and it's so visible.

By the way, I was binging on some interviews of Sai & Shivi and came across one of Sai’s from very early MHRW days. The interviewer asked him about love and marriage. He replied that his parents are already looking for alliances but he has told them to postpone it for 2/3 years.
