I live ina country which is as progressive as it gets, and when i showed one of the clips of them cuddling to my total firing freind to find out if i am being unnecessarily judgemental, her convo with me went something like this here

"Whoa, are they dating irl too?"

"No,she is married to someone else outside."

"She isnt single? Don't you guya frown upon open marriage?"

"Can't say if its open marriage. Dont they need to discuss who they are choosing with their partners first in that?"

"Dont ask me girl, i am not in any relationship!"

So the gist is, this what hapening under the guise of progressiveness and modernity was utter bs. And definitely not dosti!
