No. The crime is molestation. She said today bina marzi ke haath lagana bhi jurm hai. Anu won’t be harmed by her actions. Adi was emotionally and physically harmed and taken advantage of if there were a sexual assault. That is what she filed an FIR against, sexual abuse.

yes that's right. thank you. I was remembering back to the meme everyone was posting of Malini telling her cousin during Mehndi that spiking the drink is a crime.
