She mentioned other than Liger and Octopus she is getting some more Bollywood offers and others. That guy asked he heard that she is moving to Hyderabad. Is that true? She said currently she is juggling between Hyderabad,Mumbai and Vizag with very little time to spend in vizag. As of now she is not sure where she is going to stay. I guess SMP mostly opening up on offers which are public otherwise she is just hinting she is working on other projects but not giving any details may be she is not supposed to tell. But from all the interviews one thing I can deduce is she is happy about where she is now and busy with stuff.

To be honest more than all the interviews iam liking the fact that she is not ignoring regional industry and running behind only Bollywood by staying in Mumbai.she is trying to balance stuff and make sure she is not just depending on one particular stuff. Eventhough it's hard for her now but best thing for a long run in my opinion.

Regional industry is pretty strong in all southern states..4 very much thriving industries..and dont think she will face any problem with the languages.

There won't be any shortage of work for her if she chooses that..but for her fans across India it would be a disadvantage if she focuses only there.

I would love to see her succeed at a national level. She can do things that most others can't!

I too would like to see her succeed at the National level.

I see Karunya and Hemachandra both were very famous in Hindi reality shows and both are now very acclaimed singers at regional movies and won awards too. But I would have liked them to be as recognised at National level too.

I was surprised to see that Sreeram sang some good songs in Hindi too, though I don't think he is that popular either.

I hope SMP could capitalise on her national recognition now and get busy and not get limited to regional only.

Goes back to what Niyati13 and I were discussing a few days back on another thread. Back in the 1980s / 1990s the independent music scene was much better in India than it is now. Currently music is totally dominated by Bollywood and the key people from the industry, making it difficult for independents to break in.

Today I randomly come across this SMP Saregamapa performance. We heard this song many times from her but every we have something new to look for. Every time she added something new. Quality of a great musician.
