Dryness causes itching, giving in to the urge escalates the problem..AC too is a silent culprit ,set TV / computer screen below eye level , exercise 20 20 20rule( after every 20 minutes look abt 20 ft infront for 20 seconds)

Parental fears & aniexty are understandable,many parents especially the ones that have seen the worst during two waves are ready to let go of present accademic year,instead of jeopardizing the child's health read life, for them written consent is like one the family member gives before operation of patient,few have remarked that operations are mostly done when there are no options left but here we have a choice..oh yes,the task of sanitizing is enormous, including footwearI am about to have my lunch..what about you.. dinner ready?

Yes sis done with dinner. Just some tidy up here and there. Yes here too we can opt to send a letter but then kids will be missing school etc as there will be no online classes. Take care going to out eye drop and knock off shortly.
