I agree he shows anger when she crosses the line. The shirts scene should be enough to read her actions. But no!

As I said in my earlier post, he might’ve thinking that if samrat is into this, this might be genuine from pakhis side as well!!!

Also he might be thinking if they become one, things will be settled down.

I don’t know what’s going on in his mind. I desperately want to here his monologue because virat is getting butchered for me otherwise.

I am not okay with him being polite with pakhi knowing how far her intentions reached on that cafe conversation.

Hmm he keeps her in high regards no matter what. He has got a very good impression of her I believe. I think it has got to do with her nature. He can relate to her in many ways. Yes, she has made mistakes and has wronged Sai so much that Sai’s life was in danger too but at the end of the day she has always nice to him. I have another theory where Pakhi basically has never blamed him or accused him in front of the family even though she has called him and thought to be a cheat. I think he also thinks too high of her because she had agreed to marry his brother without creating any hungama and just accepted his request. Little does he know why she had even agreed to marry. It was Sunny who asked her that but not sure if he even believed it. Whatever Pakhi is doing, like pursuing him and all, at the end he must be thinking that she has gone crazy and that she needs help. He grows angry on her and I think he also probably feels sorry for her somewhere that she is acting so desperate begging him asking her to be accepted.

I think this behaviour of hers towards him takes precedence or overrides her vile behaviour towards Sai. His feelings for Sai is not so strong that he would disregard Pakhi for whatever she had put Sai through. He is a self centred guy who will be okay with people who are being nice to him. So he draws line with her when she crosses the line but is also okay with her. That’s how it seems.

And this is completely different from his onoing battle with Sai. As a married man, so much in love, a truly loyal man, which I know he is, how does he justify Pakhi to himself??

Hmm, I feel that he feels sorry for Pakhi. I have just replied to Sadhika above. In addition to that, I also feel that he thinks he is there for Sai but Pakhi doesn’t have anyone. One way or the other he has become the reason for Samrat to leave her too and he thinks it is his responsibility in a way to fix her life too. I think in all this he somewhere has sympathies for her which gets conflicted with his displeasure towards her pursuing him.

Off all the people in the show if anyone should be suspecting PP's intentions it's Virat. Still touching him without consent and spewing venom at Sai at every opportunity. And yes his expressions of disturbance last for 2 secs but his mouth is shut shop completely against Pakhi and her actions. It's just so weird that the show runners themselves are not giving clear signals of what they want to show. The expression is something and the dialogues towards Sai are something else.

It's just beyond plausible that any human being who's heard the things he's heard in the cafe does not think it over and doubt her intentions. This is just plain copy paste because things are working out in rhe showrunners favour.

My answer to the question in the poll that I have created is that he doesn’t actually believe Pakhi. I feel that he is not convinced and hasn’t trusted her. He gets uncomfortable whenever she tries to talk to him or moves close to him like in the dahi handi function or in the room helping him. But he also thinks or may be is giving her a benefit of doubt that she probably is trying to move on and that he should give her a fair chance and trust her. He is caught in between both I think. I believe that he would be alert around her especially when she gets close to him or is alone but otherwise he wants to give a chance to believe that she probably is trying to move on with Samrat.

About him shutting his mouth against Pakhi, a part of the reason could be because of what I have written in the other two comments. Also, this guy always has a problem to open his mouth. This is a sensitive issue and he probably is even worried how would Pakhi react or what she might do if he calls out on her.

More than these he is so consumed with his own emotions and the problems that he and Sai are having that he doesn’t really bother to get into any conflicts with Pakhi sometimes.

@bold Dialogues towards Sai - he is upset and angry with Sai and just wanted to hurt her. He knows how Sai feels about him and Pakhi and he knows that she has issues with Pakhi too. Hence he just used all these against Sai and started to attack her to express his hurt and anger. It is not like he agrees with Pakhi but he is angry with Sai and anyone against Sai, he will be in their team at that time. That is what he has been doing. Hitting Sai where it would hurt her the most.

@bold pink:He has to atleast open his mouth when she's crossing physical boundaries right? Like the tshirt scene yesterday, he has to open his mouth in such an instance and tell out loud that listen I'm not comfortable with you coming into my personal space or touching me in this manner. Alongwith it being wrong, it'll give rise to more problems/ misunderstandings from his side to who ever sees such things. Being hurt and angry is one thing but not opening your mouth while someone invades your space and makes you feel uncomfortable is what is absurd here for an IPS officer. And I cannot digest the fact that someone who swore to do anything for you to love them and hasn't had any clear conversations with him about her change of mind is getting so much leeway from him. Friendship is also weird territory in this space till clarity doesn't come in.

@bold green: As much as I hate to say this, this is plain ganging up and bullying. How can you claim to love the person you are first rate humiliating and abusing in various forms and complain that they don't understand your love? And also the fact that he was the one who called Pakhi's speech on nasha bakwaas, got angry at her for the pushing incident on Sai's b'day and legit hid from her about the Anniversary trip; all these factors point towards him not trusting her at all and now he's giving in to her words to just gang up inspite of mixed signals about her intentions. Everything sends the absolute wrong message to Sai and she is fair in her place to assume misconceptions that he's failing to clear. Plus we have zero monologues on what V thinks about P's intentions too giving the audience very mixed signals too and in a way leading to think that he has placed his trust on P temporarily in this junction to suit him and his actions.

What I could conclude Pakhi is the object which he is using to hurt Sai as much as possible.. He loves Sai irrespective of her brashness, rudeness and child like behaviour..he is using all the weapon against Sai to vent out all his frustration..Sai unleashed that monster in him..

He is the wounded monster that howling in pain.. He is deafited badly by his prey itself..He knows that he lost everything...he can't stay with Sai because her presence would effect him..if he leaves still it's not a permanent solution....

But this is unfathomable to me how on earth Sai would be jealous of Pakhi.. 🤪NO wonder he is ninad's son.. Sai could have avoided the situation only by attending the pooja...Though I support her to an extent because why anyone would want to be part of something for mind doesn't support.. That's like Sai Joshi..wrong is always wrong ❤️

I truly don't think he believes Pakhi has moved on and he clearly knows she still harbors feelings for him. How else can a person go from begging for love to I want to move on but he just wants it to be true that Pakhi has moved on in some alternate world so he doesn't feel the guilt and burden of his Jeeva leaving the house because of him. He just wants it to be true, so Everytime Sai brought up the cafe meet, handholding and how Pakhi and he love eachother it's driving him crazy. Even yesterday I was sacred for Sai the way he walked towards her when Sai said he is pretending to be happy but is jealous (can't remember the exact dialogue😆)

I came to the conclusion that Virat loves Pakhi’s attention and doesn’t want to lose it at any cost therefore doesn’t want to clarify everything. He also wants Sai to accept his love and love him back while he keeps his best friend in his life and so close. And from what I read this is going to happen, Sai will end up accepting and expressing her love after all that’s happened with her. 🤮 Virat will get his way with both women. One to pine and yarn for him while showering all her attention on him and the other as his wife in real senses. It’s not rocket science but it took me awhile to come to this conclusion.

P.S. He didn’t seem disgusted or even that bothered when Pakhi helped him with the shirt. If he was he would’ve told her it was wrong after she explained to him “that she felt like helping him with the shirt” All he had to do was tell her that she was crossing a line and remind her that she’s not his wife but rather he stood there with expressions only he could understand.

Question should be Does Virat ever believed Sai??? My answer would be No, never and absolutely not. Even though he doesn't have any feelings for Pakhi but he do have soft corner for her... He may say he loves Sai but everything the situation occurs he go with Pakhi and deframes Sai... And now saying that Pakhi is better than Sai just because she is aagyakari bahu and convincing forgot what his wife did to his family wow just wow... If some other women would have been at Sai place she would have said him that if you think that Pakhi is that great then plz go have fun with her. Don't expect that I will reciprocate your love ever in my life... get lost plz....
