Exactly this...I never talked about the distance..I am not sure how come being close ...distant has come into picture ..and the chemistry we are talking about had them at a lot of distance in the initial episodes .

I am not saying that way. Just saying that I can see the chemistry between them even now in these scenes. When we can see it in such scenes, why couldn’t they give us nice Sairat scenes?

I think there has been a misunderstanding. What I am saying is that I do see the chemistry even today but they are not being utilised the way they should be.

Naah u have not been misunderstood.. what I am saying is what you saw today....was not even 50% of what it would have been "if" they worked on the scenes better...Actors can elevate only to a certain degree...with pictures I gave you how to spoil scenes...that could have become way beyond beautiful..aap naak sidhe pakad rahe ho ...main piche se...hum dono naak hi pakad rahe hain ...

Chemistry is still there I agree to that.. But missing the old charm..also physical proximity has been my issue.. Like seriously these two have been sharing the space for over an year it is so irksome seeing their positioning.. Anyways my days are numbered in this forum and the show for that matter..

So true. For mature stories like this get actors who are talented and comfortable to do their part. I hate to say this but some of the sairat scenes in KD was so beautifully done. It is so natural goes with flow of the story and those actors did such a great job, it was lovely to watch.

Lately, thanks to Covid, I got to watch an old show iss pyar ko..(watched it for the first time as a time pass) it was fantastic. It is sad that ghum has come to this, don’t know for how long this will stay on top

No. They had up until the point of holi track. After that only in the 200th episode. The ladoo eating one & the mirror one. Everything looks forced, artificial & fake now. The visible discomfort in Neil to shoot close proximity scenes with Ayesha is apparent by now. ViRakhi have more proximity than SaiRat even if not romantic & we all know why and don't even get me started on SaiRat's romantic sequences, has to be the most bland that I've seen so far on TV. The social distancing is off the roof now. Zero physical as well as emotional intimacy. No character or actor chemistry either. The actors position in every scene whenever Pakhi is present in that the apparent bias becomes more obvious & visible due to off-screen dynamics.

Like many others have said in this post - the chemistry is there, it just isn't being utilized properly.

Let's take the Janmashtami celebrations for example... we hardly got any Sairat scenes eventhough they are in such a crucial juncture in their relationship. Virat wanting to be far from Sai and Sai wanting to be around Virat could have been beautifully shown. Any other show - we would have gotten a prolonged eyelock, maybe them bumping into one another while dancing - Virat getting lost in Sai being happy, maybe walking away when Sai tries to engage with him...anything else except what was shown in the episode.

Sorry, got a little carried away but it's sad to be invested in a show and characters that have so much potential but is being let down by absolutely shoddy and lazy writing!!!
