Nahi.. On a serious note though, i think he wants to get married to her anyway so Shivi can get married to akki. Kyu ki his condition toh still stands that he'll only get married after Priya does.

Akshay made a condition that he will not marry shivina till priya gets married even though shivina is not pregnant but the condition is still fresh & valid
