When they went in the room it was nice and all that he wanted to gift her the necklace but i wish they had just flopped down and maybe talked or just hugged. Looked at the wounds they both got etc. The date was nice and no i wasnt expecting anything more than her sleeping, it was a very emotionally draining day for both of them. For her especially when she saw her husband who was going to shoot himself for her. That would put me in panic mode every time i would look at him and i feel like these meaningful conversations is what they should have had. I didn’t care for the date much to be honest just even a destress hug after a long day would have been nice and then falling asleep in each other’s arms would have been lovely too.

Agreed, that would have been perfect!! 💔!!

I miss those meaningful conversations too that we get in the beginning of any series. Such scenes as you describe would add so much depth and dimensions to a show!! And that would be reality, that is how logical progression should be!! But alas all is sacrificed at the altar of TRPs.

I feel the cvs are genuinely under the impression that Raghvi romance is all we care for!! Thats all we want!! May be thats what brings the ratings!! Not for us, the more questioning and logical and educated section of the audience..we look for reasoning and meaning!! We look for closer to reality scenarios and thats why we are disappointed!! But knowing the general audiences, do you think that is the case?

The audience wants romance so they feed it to keep them happy. I would prefer conversations and talking about what they both went thru. I know pallavi was emotional at d house after the fact but she also found out her aai knew mandhar killed devyani and said nothing. In the real world, that would cause a bit of a conflict. Also the fact that she is the one who went to meet him and he fell and she left him there which means she knew that info when pallavi said he went to get bangles and lets get a reality check, it means aai made her a widow regardless of the fact that mandhar was evil. The truth is the truth.

Anyway sorry to go off on a tangent there but i feel like that would have been a good way to end. Raghav asking pallavi how dhe feels knowing all that etc or anything other than that. The date was not what i was expecting there.

You’re welcome. We will all have our own opinions doesnt mean we are all right or wrong. It’s how we feel. Not everyone will like an episode or dislike it. What u like and what i like might be different but atleast we can talk about it and discuss it. No reason for anyone to take offence. I appreciate that u put your views and respect that other people will have their own views that might not be the same as yours.

I agree 100% with you!! Cannot find fault with what you think or rather what should ideally be shown!!

But Farheen, think..do the audiences have the fine sensibilities to appreciate such scenes? This show being so different than others, although we still find it cliched, has a trp of 1.something...i was shocked to hear that!! If it falls further they will have to shut shop!! Its like they have a gun pointed at their heads constantly.

I feel for them..shoestring budget, making a movie a week, channel breathing down their necks and the sword of trps hanging on their heads..I would have thrown in my towel a while back!! 🤣

We as fans have to cut them some slack!!

Brilliant post ❤️. Pallavi’s feelings about getting expensive gift out of nowhere were on point but dialogues could have been better , writers made her sound preachy.

Indeed, Pallavi’s hug with Amma was heartwarming; she expresses her love and commitment to Raos and the Rao mansion repeatedly to Raghav and Amma, but protest about Pallavi not realising value of Raos never die.😆

I agree with you. Shows such as Anupama and Yeh hai chahatein are having high trp bcoz that’s what the audience wants so in a way this show has to show some of what the audience wants. Im not disagreeing that at all. I just wish that the audience would not just go for regular drama and ask for something more though provoking, out of the ordinary, a little risky maybe etc. Just nothing cliched thats all.
