DMG was a youth based medical show that had more drama going on off screen than on.

Given this show is on Sitara and how they're always obsessed with #relationshipgoals, I doubt they will separate any of the main pairings (GauRa, DevTa or ShiVi). Yes, there will be complications, but end game yeh teeno hi hoge.
